Two offensive teams battle to a 13-12 boys lacrosse match
BREWER – The Brewer boys lacrosse team hosted cross town rival Bangor in their second matchup of the season. It was a hard fought back and forth battle that in the end was won by Brewer 13-12. This was the second win of the season for Class B Brewer boys over Class A Bangor. On April 25, the Witches took home a 7-6 win over the Rams. Brewer goes to 5-2 on the season with the win and will next travel to Lawrence on May 17 for a 5 p.m.game. Bangor falls to 3-4 with the loss. Next up is Brunswick on May 17, at home. Most of this game was Brewer #13 and Bangor #13 battling to see who was going to carry their team to the win. In the end it was Brewer's Ryder Goodwin with a game high seven goals.
