FARMINGTON – The Broncos softball team traveled to Farmington Monday, May 23, to take on the Mt. Blue Cougars, bringing home a 13-2 win.  Hampden's Danielle Masterson had four RBI's in Monday's game. As usual in the circle Hampden was in charge with Charlee Chute pitching her second consecutive game and picking up her second win in a row. Chute pitched five innings in the mercy rule matchup. She allowed two runs, on three hits and two walks while striking out nine. BANGOR – The Rams hosted the Broncos Wednesday night in a game under the lights at Bangor High School. Hampden goes to 8-3 with the win and now sits in fourth place in Class A North in the Heal Point Standings. Bangor falls to 7-4, but maintains the number two spot in the Heal Point Standings. No. 1 is Brunswick with a 10-0 record.
