Glenburn Rec 3/4 girls tournament gets underway
The Glenburn Rec's second of four tournaments got underway Saturday morning with the 3rd/4th grade girls grabbing the spotlight on February 26th and 27th at the Glenburn Elementary School. The tournament consists of eight teams divided into two Pools. In Pool A is Presque Isle, Gardiner, Maranacook and Hermon. Pool B teams are host team Glenburn, Oceanside, MDI and Belfast. On Saturday, February 26 the Glenburn Rec 3rd/4th grade girls tournament got underway, and will conclude Sunday afternoon with two semifinal games and a championship game. Sunday afternoon the Single Elimination Round begins with two semifinal games to determine the championship game match up.
